TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Wednesday, March 19, is our station’s annual Tail-A-Thon, where we’ll try to raise as much money as we can for the Terre Haute Humane Society.
Leading up to the event, WTWO/WAWV will be featuring some of the special pups living at the shelter.
WTWO/WAWV Anchor Mike Tank, spent some time at the shelter to meet some of the senior dogs. Now, he’s introducing us to Baby a recent arrival at the shelter.

Baby’s former owner had some medical issues that led them to surrender Baby to the Terre Haute Humane Society.
“The hardest ones for me are the senior (dogs) that come in that are surrendered by the owner or we have owners pass away and nobody in the family wants them. So, they’ve lost their whole world, and then they’re here. The senior ones are the hardest to get adopted,” said _______
