LOOGOOTEE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A warehouse at the Daviess-Martin County REMC facility in Lagootee has been blown over after strong winds swept across the Wabash Valley early Saturday morning.
This is one of many locations that took damage from the storms that moved across the area overnight Friday and into early Saturday morning.
The storm has also produced several power outages in the Wabash Valley. REMC said its crews have been working since 5 a.m. to restore over 700 outages and expect more as the morning progresses.
