TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A team member at Charlie’s Pub and Grub is leaving to start a ramen shop with his wife.
According to a Facebook post from Charlie’s Pub and Grub, one of its employees is starting his own venture in the restaurant game with his wife. A Terre Haute native, JR who is affectionately referred to as Baby Boss is the employee. He and his wife Reagan plan to open a ramen shop in 12 Points Public Market.
JR describes the new restaurant as “…Like a Subway for ramen. You pick the broth, noodles, and everything else”. Charlie’s goes on to mention in their post they will be sharing more information on the new restaurant including details of the grand opening.
