TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Rose-Hulman University’s Performing Arts Series will feature a spectacular Cirque Kalabante performance this weekend.
This is one of eight shows in the Performing Arts Series featured at the university’s Hatfield Hall Theater this school year.
“Kalabante Production’s colorful show by Yamoussa Bangoura is inspired by daily life in Guinea and represents the strength, agility, and life’s joys of young Africans. It goes beyond the country’s scenery, costumes, and staging as acrobats execute gravity-defying moves and human pyramids,” Rose-Hulman University said in a press release.
