LINTON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Greene Co. General Hospital has been named a U.S. Best-In-Class Employer.
This recognition highlights effective strategies for managing people, benefits, and H-R programs. The hospital was selected for its comprehensive approach to strategically investing in benefits, compensation, and the employee experience.
Its CEO Brenda Reetz said that this honor means the world.
“To know that we are really treating our employees the best we can and that we are a Best-In-Class hospital, and our employees can see that, it feels really good,” said Reetz. “It feels like we are here for the right reasons, and we are doing the right things.”
The hospital was one of just over 300 employers across the country to get this honor.
