TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Vigo County Superior Court confirms that the suspect in the Richland Manor shooting will appear in court on January 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
Twenty-eight-year-old, Andre U. Obua of Miami, FL is charged in the shooting of Dr. Manish Gera of Terre Haute.
According to court records, Obua faces charges of attempted murder, battery with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness, burglary, and strangulation.
The bond for Obua was set at $750,000, with no percent allowed.
