RICHLAND COUNTY, ILL (WTWO-WAWV) — According to a Facebook post from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, Nathan Ellison was court ordered to report to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office at 12 noon today.
Mr. Ellison was ordered to report to be transported to the Illinois Department of Corrections for a conviction of failure to register as a sex offender.
Due to the newly issued Safety Act, Mr. Ellison was released on electronic home monitoring, rather than being held after his conviction.
