MARSHALL, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Marshall Chamber of Commerce has announced on Friday, January 17th, the Crackle Shack will be holding their Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House for their new location at 627 Archer Ave, Marshall, Il, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Crackle Shack was originally launched on March 23, 2024, by Hannah Burklach. However, just months later on June 25, a storm demolished her establishment.
Determined to get the business rebuilt and operating again, Burklach faced the challenge head-on and by July 18, her new Crackle Shack arrived. This marked a pivotal moment her journey to get her beloved establishment back in business.
Burklach has always specialized in making sourdough bread and sourdough baked goods, but at her new location, she has also added breakfast sandwiches, desserts and more to the menu.
