OAKTOWN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Oaktown joins the list of cities lately that have been held under a boil order.
According to Quentin Moseman, the Drinking Water Operator for the town of Oaktown, a water main has broken in town. Due to this, Oaktown like many other towns in the Wabash Valley as of late is now declaring a boil order.
Moseman says that the boil order will be in place until further notice as things are being repaired. Moseman did say though that they only expect the boil order to last until Wednesday evening. WTWO will update this story when the boil order is taken down.
