SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — If you’re needing to get some holiday shopping done, you’re in luck. The Holiday Market and Expo will take place Saturday, November 23rd at the Sullivan Civic Center.
This year will be the 10th straight year for the Holiday Market and Expo in Sullivan.
“It just grows every year,” said Brandy Wolfe, Executive Director at Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce. “It’s something the Chamber likes to do for the community. It kicks off the Christmas shopping season.”
The 10th annual event will feature over 40 local vendors from across the Wabash Valley selling everything from crafts to jewelry, woodworking creations, holiday decor, food, wine, and much more. Plus, there are free activities for kids, including a visit from Santa Claus.
“We want to give our local artists a place to show their wears, as we have great people in our area. We are the place to go this weekend for your holiday shopping,” said Wolfe.
The Holiday Market and Expo is a free event, but the Civic Center will be collecting canned food donations. Those who bring donations, will be entered into a drawing for gift certificates.
The event is Saturday, November 23rd from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Sullivan Civic Center.
