KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Knox County first responders are on the scene of a two-vehicle accident with injury.
The accident happened on U.S. 50 and Highway 550 near Wheatland between Vincennes and Washington.
Our reporter on the scene confirmed that traffic is being diverted, and both directions of U.S. 50 are closed. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
Indiana State Police confirmed there were injuries as a result of this crash. Our reporter confirmed that a helicopter had arrived on the scene.
