Taco Tequila, 423 Wabash Ave. (7 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed employee cutting tomatoes without gloves. Observed multiple ready to eat food items without date of consumption. Observed sanitizer at dish machine, bucket at server station and sink behind bar not measuring at proper concentration to disinfect. Observed colander resting in hand wash sink behind bar. This shall be used for hand washing only. Observed flies in kitchen and basement storage area. Observed ground beef at 103F and refried beans at 120F. Both shall be held at 135F or above. Observed raw chicken at 53F, sliced tomatoes and peppers at 47F and fish breading at room temperature. All shall be held at 41F or less. – 11-14-24
TGI Friday’s #435, 3401 S. US Hwy 41 (5 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed accumulated debris inside ice machine. Observed pans holding sauces on cook line with coagulated debris inside basin and not being cleaned with proper frequency. Found ware washing machine not reaching proper temperature to disinfect. Observed presence of roaches. Found several ready to eat items on cook line at temperatures between 43-53F. Shall be 41 degrees or less. – 11-14-24
