TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A bicyclist was hit and killed by a train in Terre Haute Thursday night, according to a statement released by the Terre Haute Police Department.
It happened around 6:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Ash Street.
The area was shut down for a time as investigators looked into the accident.
THPD says the accident is still under investigation. More information will be released at a later time.
