Found rotisserie chickens on warming shelves without time markings. Found rotisserie chicken oven racks in clean dish storage with accumulated debris. Found meat slicers and chicken breading station not being routinely cleaned at adequate frequency. Found accumulated green and white fuzzy debris in deli meat coolers and accumulated food debris in milk coolers. Found accumulated debris under chicken in reach in coolers. Found hand wash sink in meat area blocked and not accessible. Found hand wash sinks in deli and bakery areas with items in and on basin.

Observed refried beans on steam table at 118F. Found pan of cooked rice covered with aluminum foil under steam table at 122F. Shall be held at 135F or above. Observed raw chicken and steak held in ice bath at 45-50F. Shall be 41F or below.
