VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A 37-year-old man from Brazil, Indiana was arrested for crimes in both Montgomery County, Texas, and was served by Hamilton County, Indiana as well.
According to a Facebook Post from the Fishers Police Department, Kenneth L. Foxx was arrested on September 23 for 19 counts of child exploitation which is a level 4 felony. Foxx was being investigated by Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force after a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. But during the investigation, Foxx was found to also be the target of an investigation of another ICAC Task Force in Montgomery County, Texas.
The Mongomery County case had Foxx accused of planning to travel to Texas for sexual activities with a minor, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office who issued a warrant for 2 counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography. Foxx was arrested on this warrant and jailed in Vigo County, Indiana.
Detectives with the Hamilton County ICAC Task Force then served search warrants on Foxx’s social media accounts in which they found several files with child exploitation material. A second warrant for 19 counts of child exploitation was then served on Foxx while being incarcerated on the Texas charges. Foxx is currently being held at Montgomery County Jail in Texas.
