CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO) — A lane closure will cause disruptions on State Road 59 and County Road 800 North in Clay County, located just south of Brazil, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
“Beginning on or after Tuesday, Sept. 3, the northbound lane of S.R. 59 at this intersection will close to allow crews to do road maintenance as well as curb replacement,” they wrote. “Work is expected to last until early October but is weather permitting and subject to change.”
The agency added that it encourages all drivers to use caution in this and all work zones and to keep worker safety top of mind.
