Clarksville, Tenn. (WTWO/WAWV) — Update: Detectives with the Clarksville Police Department in Tennessee are reporting that Terre Haute native Tara Acuff has been found and is safe.
Police thanked the public, as well as the Tennessee Highway Patrol for assistance in locating the woman in Hamilton County.

According to the Clarksville Police Department, they are currently investigating a missing persons case involving Tara Acuff, 44, of Terre Haute.
Clarksville Police Public Information Officer Scott Beaubien said Acuff was reported missing on June 23. She was last seen by family members at the Clarksville Country Inn at 8:20 a.m. that day. Police said she may be wearing a burnt orange dress.
