VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — 14 guns, a large amount of marijuana and THC related items were seized following the arrest of three people in Vigo County.
According to the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests were the result of a detail by the Vigo County Criminal Activity Task Force on May 24. Deputies reported seizing 1,200 grams (2.65lbs) of marijuana, and 36 THC vape pens as well as drug paraphernalia as part of the detail.
Law enforcement listed two arrests as being related to each other, they face the following charges;
- Richard Owens, 28
- Dealing a schedule II substance
- Possession of a schedule II substance
- Neglect of a dependent (x3)
- Maintaining a common nuisance
- Jennifer Roberts, 28
- Neglect of a dependent
- Maintaining a common nuisance
Additionally, deputies arrested a 19 year old for other drug charges
- Jaydelyn Gomolisky, 19
- Dealing marijuana
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of paraphernalia
- Unlawful possession of a legend drug
