TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — On Wednesday, the Hospice of the Wabash Valley held its 37th annual Tulip Bouquet Fundraiser
The community was invited to purchase $10 tulip bouquets at 10 locations throughout the valley. Wednesday’s event also coincides with Administrative Professionals Day.
The proceeds from the bouquets that were provided by Maggies and Moe’s will benefit Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
Shelby Watson is the Human Resources Generalist with Hospice of the Wabash Valley and she said she’s always glad to see familiar faces contributing to this cause.
“This is our 37th annual Tulip Bouquet Fundraiser, and we’ve had people that have supported us since we started,” Watson said. “We see those familiar names that come through on the order form so I think it’s just something small a small gesture that they can do for Administrative Professionals Day and people always just look forward to every year.”
Watson also said his fundraiser would not be possible without their partnership with Maggie and Moe’s flower shop and said they provide great tulips and they appreciate all their support.
