DECKER, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Emergency railroad crossing repairs are causing a road closure in Decker.
According to the Knox County Central Dispatch, INDOT announced the closure for State Road 241.
The closure was expected to begin on Monday with the closure beginning at the railroad crossing near First Street.

“This closure is for emergency railroad crossing repairs. Work is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather,” INDOT wrote.
INDOT’s suggested detour runs along U.S. 41 to U.S. 50 then to S.R. 241.
Local traffic can access the road up to the actual work closure.
