WASHINGTON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A 42-year-old man has been arrested and multiple guns were seized following an investigation into a sexual assault.
According to Washington Police, the investigation into allegations of sexual assault began on February 29, 2024.
Police said they arrested Benjamin Hise on preliminary charges of rape, and intimidation by means of a deadly weapon.
Police also noted seizing multiple firearms during the investigation as well.
Police thanked Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and Hope’s Voice of Knox and Daviess County for assistance in the investigation.
