TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — It’s been a busy few days for Crew Carwash in Terre Haute as people get their vehicles cleaned after last Friday’s snow.
Ryan Eads is the general manager of Crew Carwash in Terre Haute and he explained that getting the car’s underbody washed helps prevent salt on the roads from causing rust or corrosion. Eads added that their “fast wax” service helps protect the vehicle’s finish and said that the car wash has been very busy the last four or five days.
“Our lines have been pretty long for the most part, but they keep moving,” Eads said. “Most people get through in about 7 to 8 minutes depending how far back you are, but yeah, we get you through as quickly as possible.”
Eads also noted that the lines aren’t as long during the first hour and the last hour of their day. Their current hours are 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. but the Crew Carwash will begin to stay open until 9:00 p.m. starting in March.
