PARIS, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Folks looking for gourmet chocolate for themselves or as gifts can get just what they need while supporting a good cause.
That’s because the Paris Community Hospital Volunteers will be hosting a two-day chocolate sale.
The sale will reportedly offer 65 varieties of gourmet chocolates. Folks who can’t have sugar can also enjoy as there will be sugar-free options available for purchase.
The sale will run on Wednesday, November 29 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 30 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the main campus of Horizon Health.
In addition to chocolates a number of other tasty items will be on sale including salsas, hot sauces, jams, jellies, relishes, and preserves made by Kathy’s Kitchen.
Funds raised during the sale will go toward the PCH Volunteers, who provide financial assistance for hospital projects as well as award scholarships to area students that pursue healthcare careers.
