TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A local brewing company is hosting a fundraising event to support the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra.
The event will take place on Friday, October 27, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. and the show beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Terre Haute Brewing Company.
People can expect to hear live music by the Moon Dancers, as well as participate in silent auctions with prizes like bourbon and wine baskets, art packages, game baskets, original artwork, an Apple Homepad Mini, and more.

The Moon Dancers are comprised of Indiana State University alumni Travis Dillon and Lucia Gior-Dillon. Fresh off a cruise tour of Europe and South America, the duo is making their way across the state before their next cruise to Australia. Attendees can expect the music of Train, The Beatles, Tom Petty, Dolly Parton, Nelly Furtado, The Eagles, The Killers, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, and some original songs as well.
All proceeds will help to fund several concerts and free community engagement and education events provided by the THSO for the Wabash Valley. Tickets can be purchased online through the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra website, or by calling 812-242-8476.
