TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The individual who died after the vehicle vs. pedestrian accident that took place at S. U.S. 41 and Crossing Boulevard on Monday has been identified.
According to the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, the pedestrian has been identified as 52-year-old Christy Daugherty of Terre Haute.
The accident occurred on Monday morning around 7:05 a.m., and at 12:22 p.m., Vigo County Sheriff John Plasse announced Daugherty’s death.
