TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A couple of local businesses and one local school have made it among over 20 statewide organizations that are taking part in Indiana State University’s Preferred Partners Program.
Keymark Construction, Steel Dynamics, and Vigo County School Corporation are the three local organizations that are a part of this program that helps participants receive a 15% discounted tuition for both undergraduate and graduate programs through ISU online.
The program applies to those in or out of state and was launched last year. The program has since grown to more than 20 Indiana education and corporate institutions.
The program offers degrees in programs like accounting, business administration, cyber criminology and security studies, marketing, safety management, psychology, and more.
Indiana State’s online program allows working adults to further their careers and gives them an opportunity to receive affordable, accessible, and convenient education.
“The Indiana State University Preferred Partners program is making it easier for Indiana’s employees to advance their job skills and better prepare for highly sought-after careers in Indiana,” says Jill Blunk, Director of Educational Partnerships for Indiana State University. “We have been thrilled at the response to Preferred Partners, with nearly 40 adult learners signing up to pursue their degrees in just the first few months.”
