TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – 12 Points Revitalization plans to make the area more environmentally friendly.
Ten new solar powered cameras have been places throughout the area. 12 Points Revitalization President Jennifer Mullen said this will not only make the area more green, but safer as well.
Through a $5,000 grant, 20 new cigarette containers will be placed throughout 12 Points. This comes after a success community cigarette butt cleanup that took place last week.
Mullen added that recycling bins could also be placed in the area in the coming months.
