CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A couple from Brazil, Ind. has been arrested in relation to charges of sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 16.
The Indiana State Police confirmed the investigation began with information received from the Clay County Department of Child Services. That information alleged sexual misconduct with a minor by a couple from Brazil, Ind.
Police took their information to the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office which led to the immediate arrest of Jonathan and Darla Randall. Police report the arrests took place without incident.
37-year-old Johnathan R. Randall has been charged with fourth-degree felony sexual misconduct with a minor as well as sixth-degree felony neglect of a dependent.
56-year-old Darla K. Randall has been charged with fourth-degree felony sexual misconduct with a minor as well as sixth-degree felony neglect of a dependent.
