TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Swope Art Museum is partnering with local businesses Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. in downtown Terre Haute for the “Art in the Alley at the Flats” fundraiser.
During the fundraiser participants will be able to tour new residences at the Haute House Flats, explore Gary Greiner’s garage and get a sneak preview of the Haute Body Bar by Skin Spa. The event will also include a 50/50 raffle, live jazz performances and food and drink.
“Enjoy taking some tours,” Swope Development Director John Gedrick said. “Enjoy seeing some cars, eating some great food, tasting some wine, checking out the new spa.”
The event will also have exclusive experiences that participants can bid on. Additionally, a ticket purchase includes food from J. Ford’s and drinks from Sycamore Winery and Federal Coffee.
“Just come downtown,” Gedrick said. “Celebrate, have a good time with the Swope.”
Tickets for the event are $79 and can be purchased on Swope’s website. All proceeds benefit the museum. 7th Street will be closed from Walnut to Ohio Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. for the event.
