SULLIVAN Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Brazil man is in jail after Indiana State Police said he allegedly molested two juvenile girls.
According to police, information from a Sullivan City Police investigation revealed two females under the age of 14 had been molested, allegedly by Matthew Pugh of Brazil.
They said Sullivan County Prosecutor, Ann Mischler, requested a warrant for Pugh’s arrest on December 21.
He was taken into custody Saturday and is being held in the Sullivan County Jail on $40,000 bond.
Police said Pugh faces two counts of child molestation.
