FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Farmersburg man has been arrested following an investigation into sexual misconduct with a minor, according to the Farmersburg Marshal’s Office.
Robbie Baber, 45, of Farmersburg was taken into custody Friday on preliminary charges of child molestation and child solicitation
The investigation began Jan. 4 when police and the Indiana Department of Child Services were called to a residence in Farmersburg regarding allegations of possible child molestation of a five-year-old.
Baber was transported to the Sullivan County Jail pending posting of $35,000 cash bond.
