SULLIVAN, Ind. — Due to the increase in positive coronavirus cases in Sullivan County, Sullivan County Community Hospital reinstated its previous visitor restriction policy.
Beginning Monday, no visitors will be allowed in the facility except in the following situations:
- the patient is a minor;
- the patient is mentally, physically, or developmentally disabled;
- the patient is coming in for OB services (including OB radiology visits);
- the patient is at end-of-life.
Family Practice Associates QuickCare will be operating as a Respiratory Clinic only.
In-person or telehealth visits are available.
Patients should arrive at the Respiratory Care Clinic, remain in their vehicle and call (812) 268-6292 for further instructions.
Outpatient who have an order for a coronavirus test, should also remain in their vehicle, proceed to the collection site at the Respiratory Care Clinic (at the east end of the hospital) and call (812) 268-6292.
