GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Bloomfield woman was killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Furnace Road.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, 36-year-old Kristen Laue was traveling east on Furnace Road, just east of Bloomfield, when her SUV ran off the south side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned.
Laue was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Greene County Ambulance Service, Indiana State Police, Richland Township Fire Department and Bloomfield Fire Department assisted at the scene.
