TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana Gaming Commission is not anticipating a decision regarding the Terre Haute casino license at its next meeting on March 26.
IGC Deputy Director Jenny Reske said there is no official update on the investigation into Spectacle Gaming, the company seeking to open a new Terre Haute casino.
The investigation stems from a federal case in Virginia involving executives with Centaur Gaming, whose execs formed Spectacle in 2018. According to its website, the IGC postponed its Feb. 7 meeting after receiving information on Jan. 23 that required the investigation.
At this time, there is no official agenda posted for the March 26 IGC meeting.
