DANA, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Not having a license didn’t stop one Dana man from getting behind the wheel of a vehicle and wrecking it.
Dennis “DJ” Price, 29, was arrested on multiple charges after leaving the scene of a property damage accident Monday.
Vermillion County deputies responded to CR 500 S and 50 West for a vehicle a report of a vehicle rollover accident. Before authorities responded, Price fled the scene of foot. Price was located at a residence in Dana waiting on an ambulance.
Price attempted to flee on foot again, but was apprehended after a short pursuit according to authorities. He was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operator never licensed, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
He was taken to the Vermillion County Jail pending posting of bond.
