TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A local organization is recognized as one of the best places to work in Indiana.
The list, made by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, names 125 places around the state.
Among them is the Visiting Nurse and Hospice of the Wabash Valley. It provides home health and hospice care to people in the Wabash Valley.
Most of their staff works remotely throughout their five county service area, so this distinction means a lot to the management.
“To make the list is pretty powerful stuff for us. We’re pretty pleased when that happens because it shows that we’re doing the things that are keeping our staff engaged, even though they’re not in the office,” says CEO Trudy Rupska.
Visiting Nurse and Hospice of the Wabash Valley was included in the chamber’s rankings of medium-sized organizations.
